Hello readers, I'm Peter Ritchey, advertising sales associate here at country legends 106.9. Having been born and raised in Topeka, just a stones throw from the Washburn University Campus. I've seen a lot of changes and growth over the years. As a kid growing up my parents operated a sign shop, T-shirt shop, and our whole family was and still is involved in various community activities....I guess your never too old to follow mother's orders! I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Marketing degree GO HAWKS!!! and have been in sales and marketing ever since.

Some of you may recall how things were 40 years ago, most deals were made face to face and sealed by a hand shake. Although times have changed and life operates a lot faster now days with all the new fangled contraptions and technologies, I still believe they haven't invented anything better than the old fashioned face to face handshake greetings where you know who your deal'n with.
